An album for concert guitars and Fender Jazz Bass by Richard Durrant and Herbie Flowers. The name of the album "Pandora" was Herbie Flowers idea. There was a strange lute like instrument called a Pandora, it was quite a rarity and had extra bass strings (when Herb and I play it does sound pretty much like a giant guitar with extra bass strings). On the album I play either my Nick Benjamin steel string or my old David Whiteman concert guitar (now retired - it was its last gig!). Herb sticks to his famous blue bass. No overdubs, very few edits - just a record of some good sessions in my studio. Herb is a unique musician and I'm very proud to have made this album...
